Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes & Fees Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax laws. Any additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays. Rich Hoodlum$ Store is not responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by the destination country's customs process.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at richhoodlumsclothing@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Rich Hoodlum$ Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
